It is March once again, and with it, comes the flurry of countless birthday candles being extinguished with many a huff and a puff. At least, that’s how it looks like for me, with so many friends and family being born in this mad month (did someone say March Hare?).

But anyway, all that snuffing out of lights brings to mind another annual March event known as EARTH HOUR.
