Cencalok Chicken & Cucumber Sandwich
October 30th, 2010 Another packed lunch. Inspired by a Friedchillies article some time back, I gave it a twist with cencalok.
Marinate chicken with cencalok, roast and slice. Serve with sliced japanese cucumber between slabs of buttered wholemeal bread.

Good Meowning, Kuching
September 26th, 2010 The sun rises early in the east (or rather, we in the west are used to late sunrises). At 6 a.m., the sky begins to brighten, and it’s full daylight by 6:30. I sauntered into the coffee shop around 6:45, to better appreciate what people meant when they said you had to get there early – it was starting to get packed when I left at 7:15.
