To my friends who complain I don’t have them over for dinner anymore, well don’t feel bad – I’m impartial when it comes to not having anyone over these days, so everyone’s been equally left out! Okay, so it’s mainly because I’m just too lazy to make my apartment presentable but there’s also the fact that I’m getting rather uninspired to cook full-on meals in that rather ad hoc kitchen of mine.

A Crunch of Good Ol’ Days

Here’s something funny – I’m a chemical engineer that likes to cook. Well, that’s not the funny part. The thing is, I think of cooking as something more akin to alchemy rather than chemistry. So when I dabble in the kitchen, “300g of this, 1 tsp of that, cook for 10 minutes,” isn’t what’s going on.
